We ship worldwide, with trackable, insured and proof of signature shipping via DHL, FedEx, USPS, and Canada Post. Please note we only ship to street addresses – we do not ship to P.O.Boxes.
Your order will be shipped out to you within 1-2 weeks after you have received a confirmation email with an order number. *Please note: These are typical shipping times. There may be delays out of our control due to the type and/or nature of the sale, courier issues, volume, holiday etc.*
All of our inventory is shipped directly from Europe to of Canadian warehouse. Upon receiving inventory from our vendors warehouse our warehouse inspects the inventory to ensure your item’s are in pristine condition and damage free. Once the inspect is complete all of the inventory will ship from our Canadian warehouse.
Shipping is flat rate fee & varies based on which country you are located in. Please be advised that for all customers located outside of Canada customers are responsible for any additional taxes and duties charge but the courier company in accordance with that countries import & taxation laws.
If the event that you decline your order upon delivery, your order(s) will be returned to The Couture Connection, and held until re-delivery arrangements have been made by you. Please note: shipping charges and service fee are non-refundable.
